The Thorp Institute will satisfy all your equipment repair needs. Below is the procedure for sending equipment.

How to Send Equipment for Repairs

  1. Complete the Service Request Form. (Note that the charger is included clearly in the Detailed Problem Description area of the form.)
  2. Fax Service Repair Form to (866) 319-1361 and place form in package with machine. Thorp Institute must receive record of your serial number for you to get your machine back!!!
  3. Pack equipment properly (double boxed, preferably, in original packing materials, otherwise lots of padding is recommended, bubbles are not optimal as handles may break.)
  4. Always include charger module for testing. *Note the charger is included on your repair form.
  5. Repairs take an average of 2-4 weeks depending on repair.
  6. You will be invoiced for your repair prior to shipment of repaired equipment. Thorp Institute must receive full payment for repair prior to equipment being returned.
  7. Ship Instrument with Service Request Form to:

    Las Vegas, NV 89103
    * If repairing an older instrument in carrying case, Biomedical will return the case to you back empty and ship instrument back to you in manufacturer’s when repair is complete.
