Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects will be honored for equipment, with a 90-day warranty for probes.

Manufacturers 1-Year Limited Warranty on Equipment,
90-day Warranty for Probes

All of our equipment come with a manufacturers 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and probes have a 90-day warranty.

Our manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service conditions for a period of one year after the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or improper handling and/or care. Specific conditions not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to the following: discharging of a battery, severe impact or blow to the product (such as dropping it), use of a charger other than that specified with this equipment, and subjecting the product to extreme temperatures. In addition, this warranty does not warrant the effective life (length of service) of a battery since the effective life of a battery is primarily determined by the usage patterns and the quality of care given over the battery lifetime. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Warranty is void if any internal component has been altered or modified. Thorp Institute obligation under this warranty is limited to, at our option, the replacement or repair of the product under warranty. All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by the Thorp Institute according to the terms of our Return Policy.
